CORE DAY! This workout is perfect for getting all of those core muscles developed! 25 repetitions each side. Its a middle break from the punishment you've started so take it while you can get it. These exercises will challenge nearly all fitness levels...and we're only on day 3!!! Good Luck! And if you've got extra energy, put days 1 and 3 together!
